Den Samstag 28.03.2009 nutzte ich zu einem Besuch der Interpharm in Hamburg. Obwohl die Industrieausstellung immer kleiner zu werden scheint, hat sich der Besuch auf jeden Fall gelohnt. Wichtige Anbieter – vor allem in meinem Hauptbetätigungsfeld waren vor Ort vertreten. Einige Automatenanbieter (Rowa, Gollmann und modicos) hatten sogar Systeme zur Präsentation dabei. Das ist aufgrund der kürze der Zeit nicht selbstverständlich, wie man auch daran sieht, dass einige Anbieter (Apostore und Mach4 als Beispiel) gar nicht erst mit Ständen vertreten waren.
Positiv war auch, dass mir am Stand der modicos die Gelegenheit gegeben wurde, mit Verantwortlichen über die aktuelle Situation aus erster Hand zu sprechen. So wurde gesagt, dass die Trennung von Herrn Boldt in gegenseitigem Einvernehmen und kollegialen Rahmen erfolgte. Die von der BDT Gruppe Ende 2007 übernommene modicos befindet sich zur Zeit in einer Restrukturierungsphase unter der Geschäftsführung von Herrn Friedhelm Steinhilber (Vorstand der BDT AG). Eine Information über die zukünftige Neuausrichtung des Unternehmens wird separat herausgegeben. Mit dem Ergebnis der Interpharm in Hamburg zeigten sich die Verantwortlichen zufrieden und bezeichneten die Teilnahme als vollen Erfolg. Vor allem konnten neue Kontakte mit Interessenten und Netzwerkpartnern geknüpft werden. Daraus wird der Schluß gezogen, dass das Vertrauen in das Produkt, über die Veränderungen innerhalb des Unternehmens hinaus, weiterhin besteht.
Nicht ganz dazu passt die Information, dass der Vertriebsleiter der modicos ebenfalls das Unternehmen verläßt (verlassen hat), allerdings in Hamburg noch als Ansprechpartner dabei war.
Man kann es abschließend aber auch als Chance sehen, dadurch eine Restrukturierung komplett durchzuführen.
