Wartung – Problem oder Lösung

Zum Thema Wartung – hier bei Kommissionierautomaten – möchte ich über einige Punkte informieren, die VOR der Entscheidung welches System in die Apotheke kommt, ganz genau verglichen werden sollten!

Zunächst kann davon ausgegangen werden, dass JEDE Automatenfirma einen Wartungsvertrag als Voraussetzung verlangt. Lediglich Optionen können dazu gebucht werden.

Manche Unternehmen bieten einen Rundumschutz, der jegliche Leistung in dem Wartungsbetrag enthält. Diese Variante ist die empfehlenswerteste, da manche Teile die ausgetauscht werden müssen, leicht in den mittleren 4-stelligen Bereich gehen können.

Soweit so gut, aber was sind dann die Unterschiede?

Die Apotheken arbeiten an 365 Tagen / 24-Stunden auch im Notdienst immer erreichbar. Manche Anbieter, von denen man das nicht erwarten würde, tun dies nicht. Im Idealfall erreichen sie die Hotline, aber was ist wenn dort nur festgestellt wird, dass ein Servicetechniker kommen muss, wann kommt der dann?

Andere Firmen, die sich als Dienstleistungsunternehmen nicht nur sehen, sondern auch danach handeln, kommen auch an Sonn- und Feiertagen – meist sogar ohne Aufpreis. Ihr Anbieter auch?

Was ist, wenn beispielsweise ihr Automat am Freitagnachmittag nicht mehr aus- und nicht mehr einlagert? Welche Regel bietet ihr Wartungsvertrag dafür? Kommt der Techniker heute noch, oder Samstag oder doch erst am Montag?

Fakt ist, wenn die Hotline sagt dass am Montag der Techniker kommt, dann haben sie hunderte Packungen herum liegen, die sie ausräumen mussten um an den benötigten heran zukommen – zumindest bei manchen Anbietern.
